CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE Integrated Voting Systems, Inc. currently has contracts with both large and small customers throughout the United States, including California, Colorado, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Utah. As one example, Fresno County has been a customer of IVS since 1999. For Fresno County alone IVS successfully printed over 600,000 optical scan ballots in a major non- party election and over 750,000 ballots in a party election. IVS has an extensive history of printing complex ballot types and unique ballot combinations. For example, in 2006, IVS processed Alameda County, CA with over 1200 ballot types. IVS successfully printed and delivered 9.5 million Dominion Image Cast ballots for Puerto Rico’s 2016 Primary Election, which had two parties and four different ballot sizes. IVS has the reputation of having in-house VBM expertise and are able to accommodate and adapt to any changes in requirements or project scope and size.
